Griffith Foodsis hiring a SeniorSupply Chain Analyst tocontrol inventoriesat riskand to promote their recuperation or salvage, minimize inventory losses, define rootcauseand implement long-term solutions. Gathers data and conducts analysis with the goal of coordinating and improving the organization's supply chain operations with respect to supply and inventory (both raw materials and finished goods). Toidentifyoptimization opportunities in the Planning area/processes and will suggest improvements/solutions to problems orleveragingstrengths.

As a Senior Supply Chain Analyst your responsibilities will include:

• Analyze At risk inventory data and track actions associated with ARI categories (slow moving, non-moving, expired, obsolete, etc.)

• Coordinate the process to find alternatives forutilizationof expired, out-of-spec, slow/non-moving and obsolete inventories.

• Lead the root cause analysis and action plan implementation to prevent future inventory losses.

• Monitor expired inventory based on best by date to activate alternatives of use such as rework, or vendor rejection/return.

• Lead and coordinate meetings with cross functional teams across the organization focusing on "At risk inventories" recuperation or salvage to minimize inventorylosses.

• Generate run-out analysis for FG and RM.

• Provide support for weekly and monthly S&OP meetings.

• Coordinate inventory destructions & provide follow ups to MTD and YTD company dumped inventory.

• Assist Planning department with reporting activities (Inventory tracking, SO At Risk, PO Analysis, Supplier OTIF, others).

The Senior Supply Chain Analyst positioniswell-suitedfor you if you:

• Working knowledge of MRP within a formal ERP environment.

• Experienced in either Materials Planning &/or Production Scheduling.

• Experience with concepts such MTS, ATO, MTO, Shelf-Life, MOQ's

• Experience using Excel with the ability to create pivots & vlookups.

• Proven analytical skills, strong problemsolving,and data interpreting abilities.

• Working knowledge of processesand toolsrelated to managing ARI / Distressed Inventory Management. (Technical & the ability to collaborate cross-functionally)

Qualified candidates willhave:

• Bachelor's degreerequired(Supply Chain, Industrial/Operations Engineering or Business).

• 1-3 years of experience with ERP-MRP system knowledge.

• Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Candidates must currentlypossessunrestricted authorization to work in the United States. Work visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

What will set you apart:

• Understanding SC KPI's (Customer OTIF, Working Capital, & LOI)

• 3-5 Years as a Supply Chain / Inventory Analyst

• APICS CPIM or equivalent

• Strong Excel / Power BI

• The abilityto setclear expectations to drive performance for ARI and LOI. Focus on identification, actions to divert ARI / LOI, & process improvements to avoid future ARI / LOI exposures.

There is alsopotential for a discretionary bonus, with a target of 3.4%.This bonus is based on personal & company performance and is not a guaranteed bonus plan
