What You’ll Do Provide 1:1 physical therapy evaluations and treatments, allowing you to focus fully on each resident Build meaningful, lasting relationships while helping residents stay strong, mobile, and confident Deliver care in an environment that values outcomes over volume Document patient progress using Net Health and facility systems Collaborate with residents, families, nursing, and interdisciplinary team members Contribute to a positive, team‑focused therapy culture where support and ideas are shared Bring professionalism, compassion, and kindness to every interaction What You’ll Bring Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program Active Maryland Physical Therapy license in good standing A genuine passion for working with older adults Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset A team‑oriented approach and commitment to quality care Why This Role Feels Different This isn’t a place where you’re rushing from patient to patient.
