Substance Use Disorder Therapist

Role: Substance Use Disorder Therapist Responsibilities: Provide outpatient, in‑home, and community‑based counseling to adolescents and adults. Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop person‑centered treatment plans. Deliver individual, group, and family therapy addressing substance use and co‑occurring mental health issues. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, coordinate with community partners and referral sources, monitor client progress, and maintain accurate clinical documentation. Qualifications & Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in diverse settings, and a commitment to professional growth.
