Loan Quality Review Specialist (Wichita, KS)

Loan Quality Review Specialist We are currently seeking a Loan Quality Review Specialist for a consultant opportunity with a financial services client. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive post-close quality control reviews of commercial and consumer loan files to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal policies, lending procedures, and regulatory requirements. Validate loan boarding and servicing activities within the core system, ensuring loan terms, interest rates, payment schedules, maturity dates, variable-rate features, and renewal or extension details are accurately established. Monitor and manage loan servicing exceptions and tickler requirements, including financial statements, covenant compliance, insurance coverage, and other ongoing borrower obligations. Identify, document, and escalate loan documentation, servicing, and compliance discrepancies, partnering with lending, operations, and servicing teams to drive timely resolution and maintain portfolio integrity. Qualifications Experience in loan operations, loan servicing, credit administration, or loan quality control within a banking or financial services environment for commercial and consumer loans.
