Job Duties

• Operate Reach Truck, Cherry Picker (Order Picker), and Stand-Up forklifts safely and efficiently
• Pick, move, and stage products using RF scanners
• Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments
• Perform inventory transactions, cycle counts, and product tracking
• Follow order fulfillment goals while maintaining accuracy standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Required Qualifications

• Previous Reach Truck, Cherry Picker, or Stand-Up Forklift experience required
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating multiple types of warehouse equipment
• Previous inventory control or cycle count experience
• Background working in high-volume distribution or e-commerce facilities

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Frequently bend, reach, squat, and lift throughout the shift
• Lift and move products weighing up to 50 pounds
• Operate elevated warehouse equipment safely
• Perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the workday

Work Environment

• Fast-paced e-commerce distribution warehouse
• Continuous forklift and equipment traffic
• Productivity-driven environment with daily performance expectations
• Frequent movement throughout warehouse aisles
• Moderate to loud industrial noise levels
• Safety vest and required PPE must be worn in designated areas
• Mandatory overtime may be required based on business needs
