As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of care and comfort for our residents. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our nursing home facility. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall management and administration of the nursing home facility, including budgeting, staffing, and quality improvement initiatives
- Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to promote a culture of care and respect
- Collaborate with the care team to develop individualized care plans and ensure the highest level of care delivery
- Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance quality of care and resident satisfaction
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
