We are a casual, fast-paced, excellence-driven full-service CPA firm located in Northbrook, Illinois. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to our diverse clientele. Our firm specializes in tax planning, compliance, and consulting for individuals and businesses. We foster a collaborative and supportive work environment where every team member can thrive and grow.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and filing of individual and business tax returns.
- Perform special projects.
- Support senior staff with tax planning and advisory services.
- Organize and analyze financial information.
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary documentation and respond to inquiries.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting with a path to taking the CPA exam (we prefer those who are entering their junior or senior year)
- Basic understanding of tax laws and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
