Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Active Oklahoma Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing facility environments preferred. Experience with geriatric populations, restorative nursing, and common SNF equipment (transfers, gait training, durable medical equipment) preferred. Client requires clinicians who can float to other campus locations as needed. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility / Life Plan Community. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: 5 days per week. Float Requirement: Must be willing to float to other campus locations as needed.
