Speech Pathologist

Speech Pathologist Join Encompass Health as a Speech Pathologist to provide speech and language rehabilitation to patients across our facilities. This role involves evaluating, assessing, and administering personalized treatment plans while documenting progress and adjusting interventions as needed. Responsibilities Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs. Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment if necessary. Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment. Celebrate patient victories along the way. Qualifications Current licensure or certification required by state regulations. Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC). CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire. Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.
