Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting K-12 students as a Speech-Language Pathologist or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant, starting at the beginning of the 2025-2026 school year. This full-time, contract-to-hire position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact across one to two school sites near Lampasas, TX. The role begins August 14, 2025, with a consistent schedule of 7:30am to 4pm, and a weekly commitment of 37.5 hours.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Texas SLP or SLPA licensure required
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) welcomed
• Open to SLP Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
• Experience in a school-based setting is highly valued
• Skilled in supporting K-12 populations with diverse speech and language needs
• Innovative, collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
• Teletherapy experience a plus, but not required for this role

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, intervention, and treatment planning for students with speech and language impairments
• Deliver therapy sessions in accordance with students’ individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Consult and collaborate regularly with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports per district and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development
• Travel between 1-2 assigned sites as needed—no virtual teletherapy at this time
