Licensed Application Engineer

Virtual Vocations Inc

Providing technical expertise and customer service in the electrical infrastructure industry, the full-time Licensed Application Engineer will support project execution, maintain engineering standards, and collaborate with internal teams, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Serve as a technical advisor to ensure accurate specifications and designs for projects Collaborate with account managers and internal stakeholders to define technical scopes and evaluate design impacts Develop and present value-engineered solutions based on project requirements and specifications Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred Professional Engineer (PE) License preferred 5+ years of experience in electrical power systems applications in relevant industries Strong knowledge of applicable standards such as NEC, IEEE, and UL Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management and CRM systems
