Data Entry Opportunity

Immediate need for a talented Data entry. This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in De Soto, KS (Onsite). Please review the job description below:

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize, file, and archive physical and digital documents systematically.
• Develop and maintain naming conventions for easy document retrieval.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure documents are accurate and up-to-date.
• Accurately enter and update data in various systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy.
• Monitor supplier transparency by maintaining accurate records of supplier information.
• Utilize Microsoft Word to create and format documents as needed.
• Use Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, including formulas and data visualization.
• Collaborate with team members to support various projects and initiatives.
• Communicate effectively across departments to facilitate smooth operations.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning new software and tools.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in document management and data entry; previous administrative or Quality Assurance experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with additional software applications is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document management.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
• Ability to learn new software programs quickly and efficiently.
• Physical ability to safely lift 15-20 lbs regularly and stand or sit for long hours.
