Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Telemetry to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients by utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and hospital policy.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and leadership in the planning for safe delivery of care.
• Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education.
• Delegate patient care priorities according to staff education and experience.
• Provide direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care.
• Float between departments and facilities including Northwest Medical Center, Oro Valley Hospital, Northwest Houghton, and Northwest Sahuarita.

Qualifications

• Current AZ RN license required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant nursing experience.
• Ability to work night shifts and weekends as required.
• Experience with Cerner EMR systems is preferred.
• Willing to adapt to float pool assignments.
