requirements:

• high school diploma or ged preferred
• 1–3 years of manufacturing, assembly, or construction experience
• ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions
• basic math and reading comprehension skills
• ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and production equipment
• strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift
• ability to follow safety, quality, and company procedures

job duties:

• assemble sub-assemblies and install components and accessories according to specifications
• perform basic electrical wiring connections using diagrams and work instructions
• inspect products to ensure compliance with quality, engineering, and customer requirements
• operate hand tools, pneumatic tools, and power tools safely and efficiently
• load, unload, lift, and move materials and finished products as needed
• read and interpret job orders, blueprints, and diagrams to position materials correctly
• complete electronic documentation, checklists, barcoding, and shipping paperwork accurately
• maintain housekeeping and 5s standards within the work area
• follow all quality management system, safety management system, and company policies
