Your Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and advanced clinical laboratory tests-spanning chemistry, hematology, immunology, among others-following established protocols.
• Evaluate results for accuracy, troubleshoot discrepancies, and routinely perform maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments.
• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for diagnostic testing as required.
• Meticulously document all procedures, contribute to training new staff or students, and aid in maintaining lab quality standards.
• Ensure a clean, safe workspace while complying with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health degree, coupled with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Professional Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within your first year of employment.
• Continuous certification maintenance required throughout your career.
