Machine Operator - 2nd Shift

We are currently hiring for 2 - 2nd Shift Machine Operators in our Youngsville, NC Manufacturing Facility. SCHEDULE:

1:30 p.m - 12 a.m., Monday - Thursday Some overtime required

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform work according to safety & quality standards and procedures Work effectively as a team member contributing to a positive workplace Efficiently keep production running on night shift, for production on 1st shift Finished work is expected to be neat, orderly, and repeatable Ensuring work space is clean, safe, and in working order

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Positive energy is required Self starter and go getter attitude Able to read tape measures and use good rudimentary math skills CNC, Press break, or punch operation experience required Proficient with hand tools Physical stamina and strength, ability to lift 50+ lbs Proficiency in English

EDUCATION:

High school diploma or equivalent required

SALARY:

Starting at $18 an hour, based on experience (Plus - 2nd Shift Pay Differential) Monthly bonus based on productivity and profits
