Position Summary:

As Senior Digital Marketing Account Director & Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing a group of clients, projects, a dedicated account team, timelines, and budgets. You will be the gatekeeper of all projects and deliverables and oversee the execution of digital campaigns and content marketing. You will work closely with our Director of Strategy, our Program Director, and upper management. You will also be the leader of a dedicated team of content creators and designers, 

The job responsibilities listed below require high attention to detail, a deep understanding of digital marketing, an eye for quality design, critical thinking, and impeccable organizational and communication skills.

Your responsibilities will include:

Client and Team Leadership:

• Managing client relationships, team schedules, and team members.
• Overseeing all client communication - email, via Asana, and verbal. 
• Creating & presenting marketing reports, status updates, and presentations to clients.
• Collaborating with team members, other teams within fishbat, and management. 
• Monitoring budgets, hours, and project timelines. 
• Planning, organizing, and prioritizing projects within retainers SOW's. 
• Seek opportunities for improvement within the team.

Project Management:

• Provide end-to-end project management, including assigning deliverables, managing deliverables, and confirming all needed work is completed, quality is checked, and delivered on time and on budget. 
• Oversee (peer review) content created by team members, freelancers, and shared resources. 
• Collaborate with the Director of Strategy on projects and strategies. 
• Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement deliverables
• Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on schedule with delegated tasks
• Prepare metrics reports and provide insights on campaign performance. 
• Ensure brand standards are in place and adhered to 
• Oversee the creation of highly engaging content such as whitepapers, e-books, social media content, blogs, digital advertising campaigns, etc.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of digital marketing experience in an agency setting working across diverse vertical markets. 
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field 
• Proven success in client and project management 
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent in-person and over-the-phone interpersonal skills 
• A creative mind, the ability to recognize quality creativity, and strong communication skills. xhyhwjd
• Understanding of current digital media trends, analytics, and tools
• Direct experience with analytics and reporting
• Must be familiar with Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, Twitter Analytics, etc.
• Experience setting and managing client timelines and expectations
• A strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and utilization in advertising 
• Experience in Hubspot, Asana, or work in Agile is a plus!
