Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate patient care has been delegated
• Ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care is delivered consistently
• Support evaluation of clinical staff competency and resource management related to patient care
• Maintain accountability for unit-level care standards and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan or compact eligibility
• Experience in telemetry or medical-surgical nursing
• Demonstrated ability to assess and manage patient care needs in an acute care setting
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a telemetry-specific unit
• Experience with staff supervision or charge nurse responsibilities
