This mean's that Providers who commit to working for us for 2 years will be awarded $50,000 of loan repayment.\n\n\n\n\nProvider’s Role with the Company:\n\n\n Full-time clinicians are scheduled for eight clinical sessions (32 hours total) and two administrative sessions (8 hours total) each week. Administrative sessions can be completed remotely.\n The work-day is split into two clinical sessions. The morning session (8am-12noon) and the afternoon session (1pm-5pm, last appointment scheduled around 4:20).\n Call responsibilities are light and can be taken by phone only. Either 2 week-day call shifts a month or one weekend call shift a month\n Part Time or Full Time Roles Available. Must be comfortable with working 1 evening shift every 2 weeks (until 7pm).\n Physicians see 20-22 patients a day.\n Patient Panels of ~1200\n NextGen EMR\n HPSA score for Worcester is 15, for Framingham its 13, and for Milford it's 13 (these recently changed)\n\n\n\n\nFamily Medicine Physician Background Profile: \n\n\n Family Medicine Physician / MD\n J1 and H1B visa candidates accepted\n\n\n\n
