Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced ER environment. The RN will deliver compassionate patient care, ensure safety, and coordinate with healthcare teams to optimize outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions promptly upon arrival and determine priority of care.
• Administer treatments, medications, and interventions as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient progress and document clinical findings accurately.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment options, and post-discharge care.
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1-year experience in emergency or acute care settings.
• BLS and ACLS certifications actively maintained.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
