Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Real Estate/Estate Planning Attorney based in Wheaton, IL. The attorney will handle a variety of real estate and estate planning matters, including preparing legal documents, managing real estate transactions, attending closings, assisting with estate administration, and advising clients. The role also entails conducting legal research, providing tailored legal advice to clients, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience with Estate Administration and Probate procedures
• Strong ability to provide clear and informed legal advice
• Proficiency in managing real estate transactions and navigating legal frameworks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois
• Prior experience in real estate or estate planning law is highly desirable
• Strong organizational and time management skills
