divh2Leasing Agent/h2pUnder the direct supervision of the Property Manager, leasing agents are responsible for general office, administrative and leasing duties to provide a high level of customer service to our prospective, current and future residents./ppstrongPRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES/strong include the following but are not limited to the job specifications contained herein. Additional duties or job functions that can be performed safely may be required as deemed necessary by the supervisory personnel./pulliAnswering the phone/liliLeasing functions (lead tracking software, prospect follow-ups, generating new leads)/liliSorting the office mail/liliScheduling and completing tour appointments/liliGeneral filing/liliCollects rent and writes receipts/liliPhoto copies checks and other material/liliAssists in all mailings/liliPlaces follow up maintenance calls to residents to survey quality of work performed by the maintenance staff/liliMaintains log to document vendors working within the building/liliMonitors supplies/liliCompleting and auditing lease files/liliPreparing move-ins (keys, move in packets, walking units, etc)/liliOther duties as assigned by the Property Manager/li/ulpstrongREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/strong/pulliMinimum of 1 year Sales experience/li/ulpstrongPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/strong/pulliHigh School Graduate required Business or Trade School preferred/liliKnowledge of or experience working with the latest version of MS Office programs to include Word, Excel and Outlook/li/ulpTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each primary job duty satisfactorily.
