Compensation for this position ranges from $60 to $80 per hour, reflecting your valuable skills and commitment to student success.
Desired experience and qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Active state licensure as an SLP
- Prior experience in school-based settings preferred but not required
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt to multiple school environments
Key responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment strategies for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers and parents, to create and implement IEPs
- Provide direct therapy services tailored to individual student needs
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports in accordance with school and legal requirements
- Engage with students across multiple locations and scheduling options, ensuring consistent and quality care
