Americas Partner Strategy Lead - Contact Center & AI

Cisco is seeking an AMER Partner Strategy & Acceleration Lead for Contact Center to drive partner engagement and accelerate revenue across VARs, SIs, SPs, and MSPs in the Americas. You will bridge global GTM with field execution, shape JBPs, and lead executive-level partnerships. You will build high-growth partner practices and accelerate migrations from on-premise to Webex Contact Center, collaborating with renewal teams on cloud migrations and commissions. Strong CX/CCaaS expertise is required.
