Job Title: Network Administrator

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Network Administrator to maintain and support our organization's computer networks. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring stable operation, security, and performance of network systems.

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls, access points)
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
Manage LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN connections
Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls
Perform regular system backups and recovery operations
Apply security patches and firmware upgrades
Maintain network documentation and diagrams
Provide technical support to end users
Ensure network security and compliance with IT policies
Coordinate with ISPs and vendors when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
2-5 years of experience in network administration
Strong understanding of:
- TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- VLANs and subnetting
- Routing & switching concepts
- Firewall and VPN configuration
Experience with Windows Server and/or Linux systems
Familiarity with network monitoring tools
Good troubleshooting skills

Preferred Certifications

CCNA
CompTIA Network+
Microsoft certifications (MCSA / Azure Fundamentals)
Fortinet NSE (optional)

Soft Skills

Good communication skills
Problem-solving mindset
Ability to handle multiple tasks
Team collaboration

Work Environment

On-site / Hybrid (as applicable)
May require after-hours or emergency support
