Job Title: Network Administrator Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Network Administrator to maintain and support our organization's computer networks. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring stable operation, security, and performance of network systems. Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls, access points)
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Manage LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN connections
- Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls
- Perform regular system backups and recovery operations
- Apply security patches and firmware upgrades
- Maintain network documentation and diagrams
- Provide technical support to end users
- Ensure network security and compliance with IT policies
- Coordinate with ISPs and vendors when required
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in network administration
- Strong understanding of:
- TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- VLANs and subnetting
- Routing & switching concepts
- Firewall and VPN configuration
- Experience with Windows Server and/or Linux systems
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools
- Good troubleshooting skills
- CCNA
- CompTIA Network+
- Microsoft certifications (MCSA / Azure Fundamentals)
- Fortinet NSE (optional)
- Good communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Team collaboration
- On-site / Hybrid (as applicable)
- May require after-hours or emergency support
