In-Home LVN Nurse: Diabetes Care & Staff Training

Exceptionally Me Inc. is seeking an experienced LVN to provide clinical support for our Supported Living Services (SLS) program, under RN supervision. The LVN will handle skilled nursing tasks and medication management for a client with developmental disabilities in home and community settings. This is a 1099 independent contractor role with a flexible schedule, approximately 1 hour per week of scheduled nursing support, plus additional hours as needed for follow-up and appointments. #J-18808-Ljbffr Exceptionally Me Inc
