Personal Assistant

Our client is seeking a Personal Assistant to provide dedicated, high-touch support to the Principal across her personal, family, and day-to-day life. The ideal candidate brings experience supporting a principal or ultra-high-net-worth individual in a personal capacity, demonstrating a high degree of professionalism, attention to detail, and discretion. This role is based in Miami and in-person Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with responsiveness to the Principal’s texts and requests during early mornings, late evenings, and weekends. A 24/7, always-available mentality is essential.

Responsibilities Include:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support including preparing printed materials, binders, and documents
• Manage personal and professional calendars
• Manage the Principal’s children’s schedules including keeping track of school events, organizing tutors and extracurricular activities
• Coordinate travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, as well as communication with drivers, pilots, chef, and home staff.
• Handle personal shopping and pother personal and household errands
• Maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders to support daily operations.
• Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Requirements Include:

• Bachelors Degree preferred
• Prior experience supporting a Principal or UHNW individual
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently, high attention to details and strong organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.
