About the Role As a Behavior Technician (BT), you will: Provide ABA therapy and behavioral support to children with ASD in home and school settings Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with our team of clinicians Collect and analyze data to assess progress and inform treatment decisions Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions and support Maintain accurate and detailed records of session notes, progress reports, and billing information Responsibilities Provide ABA therapy and behavioral support to children with ASD in home and school settings Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with our team of clinicians Collect and analyze data to assess progress and inform treatment decisionsCommunicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions and support Maintain accurate and detailed records of session notes, progress reports, and billing information What We Offer Competitive compensation up to $30/hour! Earned paid time off, medical, dental, and vision for staff working at least 30 hours per week Flexible full-time or part-time schedules available (15 – 40 hours/week) Mileage reimbursement and limited travel for in-home services by matching you with clients within a 15-mile radius of your home Free RBT Training Course!
