Registered Nurse (RN)We are seeking a dedicated and competent Registered Nurse (RN) to provide both routine and complex care in a clinical setting. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work independently while managing various clinical situations and responsibilities.Shift & ScheduleShift: 07:00 AM - 03:30 PMSchedule: 5 days a week, 8 hours per dayWeekend Requirement: Yes, includes on-call shiftsOn-call Requirement: Two weekend call shifts per month and one call night per weekKey ResponsibilitiesProvide nursing care in accordance with the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.Address the complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families.Administer medications and treatments as per protocols, while monitoring for potential side effects and effectiveness.Document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care given accurately and thoroughly.Assess learning needs and provide education to patients, family members, and caregivers, identifying issues and available resources.Make appropriate assignments and delegate tasks to other care providers as needed.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred.Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related nursing specialty preferred.Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications: BLS certification via AHA requiredACLS certification via AHA requiredCurrent RN License in the state of employment or compact requiredWork TypeFull-Time positionIf you are committed to providing high-quality patient care and are ready to take on new challenges, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.
