Bilingual HR Generalist

Peoplelink Staffing Solutions, in partnership with a client in Rochester, IN, is seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist to support employees, temporary workers onsite.

• Support daily HR operations for both direct employees and temporary workforce
• Work closely with staffing agencies to manage onboarding, placements, and workforce needs
• Conduct new hire onboarding, orientations, and documentation completion
• Provide bilingual translation support (English/Spanish) for employees and leadership
• Assist employees with HR-related questions, policies, and procedures
• Support attendance tracking, timekeeping issues, and employee relations matters
• Help maintain compliance with company policies and employment regulations
• Assist with employee engagement and communication on-site
• Support general HR administrative duties as needed

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Prior HR, onboarding, or administrative experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with a fast-paced, high-volume workforce environment
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with both employees and external staffing partners
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic HR systems is a plus

• Background Check
• Prior HR or administrative experience preferred
• Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish required)
