About the Opportunity
A high-volume, full-service steakhouse known for its bold flavors, welcoming atmosphere, and strong team culture is seeking a Restaurant Manager to join its leadership team in Flowood, MS. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering consistently great guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and consistent execution of brand standards
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and hospitality
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and labor to support operational efficiency and financial goals
- Drive sales and profitability through strong operational controls and attention to detail
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and food safety standards
- Conduct pre-shift meetings and communicate daily priorities and performance goals
- Partner with kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver seamless and memorable dining experiences
- Address guest concerns with professionalism and urgency, ensuring overall satisfaction
- Support ongoing training and development initiatives to build future leaders
Qualifications:
- Experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant environment
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop large teams
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy setting
- Passion for hospitality and delivering an outstanding guest experience
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
