Allied Technician - Respiratory Therapist

Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
We are seeking an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess strong critical thinking skills and demonstrate excellent patient care in various settings, including Emergency Room (ER) and Intensive Care Unit (ICU) environments.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality respiratory care, including critical care interventions.
- Administer prescribed medications and therapies to patients as per established protocols.
- Monitor and assess patients' respiratory status and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and families about respiratory conditions and treatment options.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation related to respiratory therapy.
Qualifications
- Valid RRT certification.
- Experience in pediatric and nursery care preferred, with Level III NICU experience strongly preferred.
- Experience in ER and ICU settings is highly desirable.
- Travel experience is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently when necessary.
Schedule
Night shift available with a 3x12-hour schedule (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM). Block schedules may be implemented.
