Job Description As a Security Officer Patrol Operations in West Elizabeth, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a chemical/petrochemical location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and report security-related concerns. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting site operations. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $16.56 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon10:00 PM - 06:00 AMTue10:00 PM - 06:00 AMWed10:00 PM - 06:00 AMThur10:00 PM - 06:00 AMFri10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities at a chemical/petrochemical location. Respond to incidents, alarms, spills, and other critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and notifying appropriate personnel. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor entry and exit points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate security-related logs and reports. Observe and report potential hazards, damaged barriers, unsecured doors, or other conditions requiring attention to site management or emergency personnel. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
