Head of Supply Chain and Logistics

Position Overview Head of Supply Chain – senior leadership role accountable for end‑to‑end supply chain performance, with full ownership of cost, supplier effectiveness, and product delivery. Responsibilities Drive Cost Leadership – Own the end‑to‑end supply chain cost structure, lead cost reduction initiatives. Optimize Supply Chain Operations – Improve processes across planning, procurement, logistics, and inventory. Lead Supplier Performance & Strategic Sourcing – Develop and manage supplier network, contract negotiations, risk management. Deliver Exceptional Customer Service – Ensure product availability, on‑time delivery. Oversee Planning, Inventory & Logistics – Production scheduling, inbound/outbound logistics. Build High‑Performing Teams – Lead, mentor, develop supply chain organization. Compliance & Business Continuity – Maintain regulatory compliance, manage supply chain risks. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. 10+ years of progressive supply chain experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong background in manufacturing supply chain within regulated industries. Demonstrated success driving cost reduction, operational efficiency, on‑time delivery improvement. Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and supply chain planning tools. Experience implementing Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies. Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
