Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned Business Analyst with 4-6 years of relevant experience to drive our company's strategic business objectives through data analysis and process improvement. In this role, you will work closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders to translate complex business needs into actionable requirements, facilitating the development of solutions that improve operational efficiency and contribute to business growth. Your expertise in analyzing data, streamlining processes, and developing innovative solutions will be crucial in enhancing our operational capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand and translate complex business initiatives into actionable requirements.
Write and debug complex SQL queries from scratch to analyze data.
Create, update, and maintain ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and availability.
Build and groom dashboards from scratch to provide meaningful business insights.
Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.

Must-Have Skills:

Expertise in SQL and analytics
Experienced in ETL processes and dashboard development
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
