Aspen Lake Medical Equipment is expanding our clinical team in Texas and seeking a compassionate, licensed Respiratory Therapist (RT) / RN to support patients across the Dallas Fort Worth Metro Area. In this role, you’ll provide respiratory assessments, equipment setup, and education for patients referred for CPAP/BiPAP , oxygen therapy , and nebulizers , primarily as they discharge from post-acute care facilities.

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate patients and review orders for CPAP/BiPAP, oxygen, and nebulizer therapies.
• Perform initial setup of equipment, deliver patient and caregiver education, and verify proper use.
• Monitor and follow compliance requirements for new CPAP/BiPAP patients, ensuring alignment with insurance guidelines and confirming the patient is benefiting from therapy.
• Communicate with referral partners including discharge planners, case managers, and physicians.
• Document care provided and ensure regulatory compliance with CMS guidelines.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting during follow-up visits or calls.
• Support intake and authorization processes when needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) in Texas, California, Massachusetts or Oklahoma.
• Valid RRT or CRT credential (NBRC).
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).
• 1+ years of experience in a clinical or home care setting preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare and other insurance coverage for respiratory therapy equipment.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Clean driving record and ability to travel within Texas or assigned territory (company vehicle or mileage reimbursement provided).
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
