About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Outpatient Clinic Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum 1 year required, with previous experience in OB/GYN License: Wisconsin/compact license required (must obtain during compliance) Certifications: BLS and ACLS required; NIHSS certification pending accepted Must-Have: Epic charting system experience preferred; two supervisor references required; local candidates accepted at a lower rate Description: Seeking a Registered Nurse for an outpatient clinic. The position involves working Monday to Friday during the day shift. Candidates must have at least one year of OB/GYN experience to qualify. Responsibilities include patient assessment, medication reconciliation, and conducting various procedures such as pelvic exams and pap smears. The nurse will also perform vital sign checks and provide patient education. Experience with telephone triage and insurance verification is preferred. Basic knowledge of interpreting laboratory results is necessary. Candidates should be capable of collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Travel experience is not a mandatory requirement but would be beneficial. Please note that a latex allergy cannot be accommodated.
