Business Development Manager

Artech is a Top 10 Global IT Staffing Firm is seeking a talented New Business Development Manager with a hunter mentality that can engage with clients to drive successful staffing solutions for their hiring needs and maximize and broaden/deepen our relationships with them. We are looking for someone with IT staffing sales experience. If you enjoy talking to people, are passionate about technology, detail-oriented, and excited to roll up your sleeves to our customers' success, you may be just who we're looking for. Responsibilities Develop and penetrate accounts by prospecting, contacting, and face to face meetings. Accountable for all aspects of a client relationship, pre- and post-sales technical assistance. Accountable for building a sales pipeline Identify and qualify opportunities for our Staffing Solutions. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Understand and analyze roadblocks in filling technical positions. Participate in networking activities such as attending career fairs and professional association meetings. To be successful in this role, you will share our passion for helping people, enthusiasm and ready to go attitude.
