At The Simple Fare , we are passionate about serving our community with vibrant, high-quality ingredients, premium coffee, and our neighborhood-favorite specialty drinks. We are an established, fast-paced cafe and all day breakfast and lunch cafe and are looking for a talented Barista to join our close-knit team and help elevate our weekend coffee experience.
What We Are Looking For:
We need someone who is confident behind a commercial espresso machine and genuinely loves the craft of hospitality.
- The Skills: You must be experienced in dialing in espresso, pulling flawless shots, and creating clean, beautiful latte art consistently.
- The Pace: Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced cafe environment is a must. You can keep your cool, move efficiently, and maintain quality when a rush hits.
- The Schedule: Reliability is everything to us. You must be fully available to work Saturdays and Sundays . This is a weekend job only.
- The Commute: Must have reliable transportation or a seamless commute to our location in downtown Millburn.
