AVAILABLE SHIFTS: Full Time: Sunday-Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM OR 9:00 AM - 5:30PM based on ride needs PAY & BENEFITS: Rates start at $20 - $21 per hour based on work experience Our comprehensive standard benefits program starts on the day of hire and includes paid time off, holiday pay, health insurance through Harvard Vanguard, dental, and vision insurance, disability coverage, complimentary life insurance and a pre-tax retirement savings plan with a company match. - Assist residents in and out of the van at all times
- Properly secure equipment including wheelchairs

- Drive the car and coordinate rides for residents appointments
- License requirements : Valid driver's license and clean driving record; Must be able to be insured insured by community auto insurance (26+ years of age)
- Communication : An ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers
- Punctuality & reliability - Our residents rely on us to assist them with their daily living activities and we expect our associates to deliver on this promise.
