Baking Operations:

• Prepare and bake a variety of Dunkin' products, including donuts, muffins, and bagels, according to standard recipes and specifications.
• Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Coordinate with the team to prioritize baking schedules based on product demand.

Quality Control:

• Conduct quality checks on baked goods to ensure they meet Dunkin' standards.
• Remove any products that do not meet quality criteria and report issues to management.

Inventory Management:

• Monitor and manage inventory levels of baking ingredients and supplies.
• Communicate with the management team to order necessary supplies in a timely manner.

Cleaning and Sanitation:

• Maintain a clean and organized baking area, including ovens, mixers, and work surfaces.
• Adhere to sanitation and food safety guidelines to ensure a hygienic baking environment.

Team Collaboration:

• Work collaboratively with other overnight team members to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications:

• Previous baking experience in a commercial kitchen is preferred.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
