Exciting Cath Lab Position Available!

Job Description:


- Shift: 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM
- Schedule: 36 hours scheduled, 24 hours guaranteed
- Call Requirements:
- Late team 1x week until 9:00 PM
- Weekday overnight call
- Weekend 24-hour call

Eligibility:
- Arizona residents are not eligible for assignments in any Arizona facility!
- Candidates must start on the listed start date or no more than one week later.
- Requests for time off (RTO) must be on the cover page and cannot exceed 7 days.
- No RTO is allowed during the first week of the assignment.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 24 months Cath Lab experience (with recent experience in the last 12 months) [REQUIRED]
- Life support certifications must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI [REQUIRED]
- No hits on state license to practice [REQUIRED]
- Candidate driver's license to verify residency [REQUIRED]
- Travel experience is highly preferred.

- Complete Banner Cover Page [REQUIRED]
- Resume with all facilities, departments worked, trauma level designation, and number of beds listed [REQUIRED]
- Cath Lab skills checklist must be completed in the last 12 months [REQUIRED]
- Active license to practice verified in the last 30 days [REQUIRED]
- Active ACLS certification from an approved vendor [REQUIRED]
- Active BLS certification from an approved vendor [REQUIRED]
- Driver's License [REQUIRED]

Contract Details:
- Guaranteed hours: 24
- Contract weeks: 91
