Position Details Position: In-Home Board Certified Behavior Analyst Location: Dallas, TX Job Id: 29150 # of Openings: 1 Applications are reviewed daily. You can expect a response within 24 hours. Compensation and Bonuses Total Compensation Package: $84,500 to $120,000 annually. Opportunity to earn more based on center size, mentorship of RBTs and supervision of assigned trainees. Bonus Structure: Monthly Performance Bonuses: Uncapped. Sign On Bonus: Up to $10,000 based on start date and location. Mentorship Bonuses: Earn bonus pay for supervising RBTs pursuing Master’s in ABA. Certification Bonuses: Rewarded for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision. Relocation Packages available. 401(k) with Company Match. Scheduling and Work-Life Balance Remote Work Benefit: Up to 3 work‑from‑home days per month, plus up to 16 additional assessment‑related work‑from‑home days per year. Schedule: Monday‑Friday, daytime hours. Almost 30 days off in Year One, including holidays, PTO, CEU days, flex days. Manageable caseload: up to 8 children. No non‑compete clauses.
