Store Manager - Full Time

Role Overview Responsible for managing store operations, including staffing, training, inventory, merchandising, and customer service to ensure efficient daily functioning and sales growth. Key Responsibilities Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate employees, ensuring proper staffing and adherence to policies. Conduct performance reviews, address gaps, and manage employee advancement and pay. Oversee store opening and closing, maintain safety and security standards, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Analyze financial and operational data to identify business trends, control expenses, and optimize inventory levels. Manage merchandise presentation, stocking, and inventory accuracy, including ordering and cycle counts. Provide excellent customer service, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure tools and equipment are available. Qualifications & Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to interpret documents, perform math calculations, and handle cash procedures. Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, and safety protocols. Experience in recruiting, training, and managing staff, with legal compliance awareness. Preferred high school diploma; management experience in retail is advantageous. Bilingual skills may be preferred in certain locations. Physical & Work Environment Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 55 pounds. Use of equipment such as scanners, pricing guns, and carts. Fast-paced setting with occasional exposure to outside weather.
