SpecificJobResponsibilities: Provideleadershipandsupporttothefirm'sCaliforniaforeclosureandlitigationpracticeareas. Workcloselywithattorneys,paralegals,andsupportstafftopromotehigh-qualityworkproduct,effectivefilemanagement,andadherencetofirmpoliciesandprocedures. Monitorcaseprogress,identifyissues,anddeveloppracticalstrategiestomovemattersefficientlytowardresolution. Maintainandexpandclientrelationshipsinsupportofthefirm'scontinuedgrowthinCalifornia. Experience: Detailedknowledgeoflawandexperiencerelatedtocreditors'rightslegalrepresentation(realestate,foreclosure,litigation) Workingknowledgeoftherulesofcivilprocedureandtheirapplicationtoforeclosurematters KnowledgeofFederalandStateconsumerprotectionstatutes Californiabarredfor8+years PreferredSkillsandAbilities: Demonstrateahighdegreeofprofessionalism,soundjudgment,andintegrityinallclient,court,andinternalinteractions. Applystrongleadership,clientdevelopment,andcreativeproblem-solvingskillstosupportfirmgrowthandeffectiveteamperformance. Proficiencywithlegaltechnology,casemanagementsystems,MicrosoftOfficeapplications,andothergeneralofficetools.
