This is a role for someone who leads with compassion, builds strong relationships, and is committed to removing barriers so every student can succeed.Why Join UsCEU/license reimbursement and tuition assistanceFull benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k)Paid sick leave, holidays, and vacationOngoing professional development opportunitiesWhat You'll DoProvide individual and group counseling services to support students’ social, emotional, and behavioral needsConduct social-emotional and behavioral assessments; contribute findings to IEPs, 504 plans, and intervention strategiesCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement student support plans and behavior interventionsServe as a liaison between school, home, and community resources to support student success and family engagementRespond to crisis situations, including risk assessments and safety planning, while supporting students and staff during and after incidentsMaintain accurate, confidential documentation of services, case notes, and progress in compliance with legal and ethical standardsProvide consultation and training to school staff on topics such as trauma-informed practices, behavior management, and social-emotional learningWhat We're Looking For:Must HaveMaster’s degree in Social Work (MSW)State licensure or certification as a School Social Worker (or eligibility to obtain)Department of Justice/FBI Background Check (or equivalent state or national fingerprint clearance)Eligibility to work in the United StatesPreferredLicensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalentPrior experience working in a K–12 school settingExperience with crisis intervention, behavior management, and community-based resourcesAbout Point Quest Group: Point Quest Group is a leading national provider of special education services, partnering with 350+ school districts to help students with unique needs thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
