Sr. Advisor, Financial IT Operations (HYBRID)

In this role, you'll play a crucial part in the Corporate Accounting group within the Finance organization, identifying, assessing, prioritizing, and supporting process and technology improvements. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $155,000 to$175,000 per year.


Responsibilities:

• Prioritize and project manage ideas from ideation to stabilization.
  
  
• Lead the effort to establish a centralized automation program.
  
  
• Ensure stakeholders, executives, and employees are knowledgeable about process improvements and can effectively utilize new tools and systems.
  
  
• Lead a network of Alteryx, Python, and other data analytics and automation citizen developers embedded across the Finance team to drive innovation.
  
  
• Maintain current knowledge of tools available for process improvements. Support the disposition of problems/ideas to the right technology.
  
  

• Familiarity with Alteryx, Business Objects, Snowflake, Power BI, SAS, or Python.
  
  
• ERP Knowledge: Understanding of SAP/ERP and/or PowerPlant applications/modules and related business processes.
  
  
• Ability to translate complex business needs and requirements into appropriate technology solutions.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, business administration, Computer Information Systems, or a related field.
  
  
• 10+ years of Accounting, Systems or Finance experience.
