Position Overview

As a Landscape Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining the beauty, safety, and overall appearance of our resort grounds. This hands-on position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What You'll Do

• Safely operate landscaping equipment, including mowers, blowers, string trimmers, edgers, and utility vehicles
• Prepare soil and planting areas for flowers, shrubs, turf, and trees
• Plant, maintain, and care for trees, shrubs, flowers, and lawn areas throughout the resort
• Mow, edge, trim, and maintain landscaped areas
• Prune trees and shrubs to promote healthy growth and attractive appearance
• Apply mulch, water, fertilizer, and other landscaping treatments as needed
• Remove litter, debris, and other materials to maintain a clean and welcoming environment
• Clean, inspect, and properly store equipment and tools at the end of each shift
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards
• Assist with seasonal landscaping projects and special property improvement initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

• Previous landscaping, groundskeeping, maintenance, or related experience preferred
• Hotel, resort, golf course, or commercial property experience is a plus
• Willingness to learn and grow within a team-focused environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• English proficiency required; bilingual English/Spanish candidates are encouraged to apply
