Senior Financial Analyst, Supply Chain Finance

We are seeking a hands-on Supply Chain Finance professional to support the cost, margin, inventory, procurement, and manufacturing finance needs of a newly acquired franchise restaurant business within a growing investment and operating platform. This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys working close to the operations, understanding product and supply chain economics, partnering with manufacturing and procurement teams, and translating cost movement into practical business recommendations. This role will be based out of a manufacturing site in Atlanta, GA on a 3/2 hybrid schedule. Company / Team / Position highlights: Confidential search supporting a newly acquired franchise restaurant platform Business operations across the U.S. Manufacturing-site-based role in Atlanta, GA with a 3/2 hybrid schedule High-visibility role partnering closely with supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, operations, accounting, and finance leadership Opportunity to help build the supply chain finance foundation for a complex restaurant, franchise, and manufacturing business Broad ownership across cost structure, vendor economics, inventory, freight, production costs, product margins, sourcing support, and operational decision-making Great fit for someone who wants a hands-on operations finance seat rather than a narrow corporate FP&A role Broad responsibilities: Serve as a finance partner to supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, and operations teams Analyze food costs, raw material costs, packaging, freight, vendor pricing, production costs, inventory activity, and other key supply chain cost drivers Support procurement and sourcing decisions by evaluating vendor pricing, contract terms, commodity movements, freight implications, cost savings opportunities, and margin impact Provide financial visibility into manufacturing site performance, including labor, yield, waste, throughput, spoilage, production efficiency, and overhead-related cost drivers Partner with operations and supply chain leaders to understand cost trends, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend actions to improve profitability Support product-level, item-level, and category-level margin analysis, including cost changes, pricing implications, product mix, and restaurant-level impact Monitor inventory levels, inventory turns, shrink, spoilage, obsolescence, and working capital implications across the supply chain Help evaluate make-versus-buy decisions, supplier changes, production planning, distribution costs, and other operational decisions with financial impact Partner with accounting during month-end close to ensure supply chain costs, inventory, accruals, and manufacturing-related expenses are accurately reflected Develop reporting and analytical tools that improve visibility into supply chain performance, vendor economics, cost changes, and profitability drivers Support acquisition integration by helping establish supply chain finance processes, reporting routines, cost tracking, and decision-support tools for the newly acquired business Conduct ad hoc analysis related to cost savings, vendor negotiations, pricing, supply chain optimization, manufacturing performance, and margin improvement Prepare clear, practical insights and materials for leadership reviews and operating discussions Qualifications: 3 - 6 years of supply chain finance, manufacturing finance, cost accounting, procurement finance, operations finance, FP&A, or related analytical finance experience Strong understanding of COGS, inventory, freight, vendor pricing, raw materials, production costs, labor, and gross margin Experience supporting manufacturing, procurement, distribution, food production, restaurant supply chain, consumer products, or multi-unit operations preferred Ability to analyze cost drivers, vendor economics, inventory activity, margin impact, and operational KPIs Strong Excel and data analysis skills; ERP, inventory, procurement, or reporting system experience is a plus Comfort working closely with supply chain, manufacturing, operations, accounting, finance leadership, and non-finance stakeholders Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field #J-18808-Ljbffr Origin Staffing
