If you're an experienced professional caregiver who lives in or near  SaddleBrooke, Catalina, Oracle, San Manuel, or the surrounding communities , we'd love to hear from you.

We're building a local  On-Call Caregiver Registry so we can connect dependable caregivers with seniors who need care when regular caregivers are unavailable, schedules change, or additional help is needed.

And we're keeping it LOCAL.

Because driving an hour each way for a short caregiving shift?

Nobody wants that.

We're Looking for On-Call Caregivers

This is a great opportunity for experienced caregivers who want  flexibility and the ability to pick up caregiving opportunities that fit their availability.

You may be the caregiver we call when:

• A regular caregiver calls out.
• A client needs temporary coverage.
• A family needs additional help.
• A short-term caregiving need comes up.
• A client needs coverage while their regular caregiver is away.
• An unexpected situation creates an immediate need for a qualified caregiver.

We're looking for caregivers who are comfortable being contacted about available shifts and can let us know whether they're available.

You don't have to accept every shift.

But when you say  yes , we need to know we can count on you.

We Want the REAL Caregivers

We're not looking for someone who simply thinks caregiving "sounds nice."

We need  experienced, professional caregivers who know what they're doing.

The kind of caregiver who can walk into a client's home, assess the situation, and confidently provide excellent care.

We're especially interested in caregivers with experience in:

• Dementia and Alzheimer's care
• Personal care, bathing and dressing
• Transfers and mobility assistance
• Fall-risk clients
• Parkinson's care
• Hospice and end-of-life care
• Meal preparation and household support
• Companionship
• Long-term senior care
• Higher-acuity caregiving

Before You Apply...

Ask yourself:

Do you have 5–10 years of professional caregiving experience OR 5–10 years of solid facility experience?

Do you have a reliable vehicle, current auto insurance, and a valid driver's license?

Can you pass a background check?

Are you dependable?

Do you show up ON TIME?

Do you communicate when something changes?

And here's the big one...

If We Text You, Will You Text Us Back?

We're not needy. We promise.

But when you're an on-call caregiver,  communication matters.

If we reach out about a shift, we need you to respond—even if the answer is "I'm not available."

If you agree to cover a shift, we need you to show up.

If you're running late or something unexpected happens, we need you to communicate.

Seniors and their families are depending on us to send someone they can trust.

So if you say you're going to be there Tuesday at 9:00...

We'd really love for Tuesday at 9:00 to involve you actually being there.
